My name is Josh Nolke and I am a real estate investor in the west Chicago Suburbs.  My partner and I own Trigon Real Estate and have been actively investing since 2005.  For the first few years we focused on acquiring cash flowing rental property.  Our team focused on buying REO’s that needed work, fixing them up, renting them out, refinancing the property to recoup our initial capital and repeating the process.  After doing this more than a dozen times we’ve become experts at finding discount property, applying creative financing options, completing extensive rehabs, leasing, and managing rental property.
